What is career guidance?
Career guidance assists individuals (scholars, students, and adults) to make educational and career choices which will allow them to pursue occupations which are best suited to their personality, behavioral style, mental ability, and interests.
It is a fact for most of us, that once we start working, we will spend more time “at work” than anywhere else in our lives. Whether you are a student looking to make career choices, or you are already in a job, but looking to change direction, or you have been retrenched and are looking to re-enter the workforce, ensure you take the time, make the investment and get professional career advise specific to you. In doing so, the decisions you make about your future are going to stand you in good stead, and direct you toward a happy, fulfilling career.
In order to enable our professionals to guide you based on rich, valid data, career guidance is the one area where we are insistent that you complete the psychometric assessments recommended for your age and your specific situation. Without this level and depth of information we cannot give you the guidance you need to make the best career choices.
