Knowledge and Experience


Linza is a HPCSA registered Industrial Psychologist with 9 years’ corporate and consulting experience. This includes working for and consulting to clients across industries and at varying levels, on people related matters.


Linza completed her Master’s degree at the University of Stellenbosch where she focused her thesis research on team effectiveness. Utilizing this skill set, she has assisted numerous teams, ranging from senior leadership to technical specialists, in becoming high performing teams. With her understanding of human behaviour and by applying psychological principles, Linza works closely with leaders, individual employees, and teams to facilitate the journey of self-discovery and personal growth through various training and coaching initiatives.


Having designed, facilitated, and managed numerous organisational development initiatives. Linza’s approach is always holistic with her solutions being aimed at the individual and team in context of the wider organisation.
