Knowledge and Experience


Rentia is a registered Industrial Psychologist, Accredited Coach and Organisational Development Specialist.


Having worked for businesses such as Thomas International, Discovery Health, Direct Axis, University of Cape Town, Rentia has a strong corporate background. Her knowledge and skill come from years of experience in Senior Management and Human Resources. Rentia is perfectly positioned to work across a range of organisational cultures, industries, and at different levels within organisations.


ICF accredited 60 hours of training with more than 200 hours of practical coaching including Executive, Management and Teams Coaching as well as mentorship (for middle management and HR professionals).
