Ultimately, I aim to help individuals realise their full potential, assisting them to become the best version of themselves. When this is achieved, they are able to bring their “A” game to their working life.
Knowledge and Experience
Sarah is an aspiring Industrial Psychologist who recently completed her Master of Commerce (Industrial Psychology) at Stellenbosch University with a distinction. As her final thesis, Sarah developed an “Organisational Values Assessment Tool” based on Government employees.
Sarah began her career in 2018 where she worked within the Human Resources department for a manufacturing company - Arc Lighting, in Cape Town. In 2021, she completed her industrial psychology internship. Through this journey, Sarah has gained a wealth of knowledge in the practical application of the various elements of industrial psychology. In 2021, Sarah joined Future Ingenium where she currently assists in the coordination and facilitation of their Leadership Development Programme - “Becoming Your Best”, and other developmental initiatives.
Sarah’s areas of passion include organisational development, leadership development, career guidance and psychometric assessments.
