Future Ingenium Coach:

Tarryn van Wyk

Fiona Millar

I value individualism. Each person has their own context and perspective, so I assist individuals to better understand their own complexities to work toward a purposeful and positive change in their lives. I am authentic in wanting to get to know you and building a trusting relationship with you to allow you to reach your goal.

Knowledge and Experience

As an Industrial Psychologist with over ten years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Organisational Development work, Tarryn has coached people with varied backgrounds in different corporate levels and environments including IT, construction, manufacturing and consulting.

Tarryn completed an Executive Business Coaching course offered by GetSmarter (UCT) – here she developed her own coaching model. Her goal is to provide clients with an opportunity to develop a sense of self where they can realise how their attitudes, feelings and behaviour are being affected. She approaches coaching with the following model in mind - Self-Awareness, Relational Transparency, Ethical Perspective and Purposeful Change. Underpinning all of these factors is coach authenticity and client individuality.
